District 13 ultimatum description:
The movie action takes place two years after the first part events. The wall separating the dysfunctional “13th district” from the capital became bigger, higher and cut off from the civilization more neighborhoods. As never before the Governments is interested in solving the problem and using the help of investigation services willingly triggers riots by inciting gangs formed in this exclusion zone. But the gangsters go against the government thereby forcing the Government to launch five missiles to completely destroy the dangerous region leaving no stone unturned. Leith and Damien once again have to work together to save Paris from destruction.
